Bandwidth Saving Tips

Here are some quick tips on how to reduce your bandwidth and data utilization across different applications 

LOOM

You can reduce the bandwidth while recording a Loom video, but first you must install the desktop app and follow the instruction below. Please note that the chrome extension does not have the option to reduce the camera resolution you need to download the desktop Loom application to be able to do so

ZOOM

A good way to reduce bandwidth usage on Zoom is to make sure have the Enable HD turned off under the video settings

Google Meet

Once you are hosting a live meet, go to the video settings and make sure you have video resolution set to 360p

Youtube 

Make sure you are signed into your Youtube account
